The coin is minted from pure .999 silver. The Chinese silver Panda was first minted in 1983, for the first three years of minting, this coin had a limited mintage of 20,000 pieces. per year. Every year this coin changes its design, only in 2002. the design did not change and was used in 2001. This coin is minted in three Chinese mints, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Shenyang. However, on these coins, unlike the practice of mints in other countries, mintmarks are not struck.
