Depicts Königsstuhl with its typical chalk cliffs surrounded by beech forests and opens up the view of the monumentality of this unique landmark through the selected beach perspective. The core area also contains the nationality designation "D" for the issuing country Federal Republic of Germany, the year 2024, the embossed letter of the respective mint, the lettering "MECKLENBURG-VORPOMMERN" and the initials of the artist. The twelve stars of Europe are arranged on the outer ring of the national side.

Königsstuhl (King's Chair) is the best-known chalk cliff on the Stubbenkammer in Jasmund National Park on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. It lies at 118 m above sea level.
