Ms. PAC-MAN™ is an arcade video game originally presented to the public in 1981 by Midway, the American distributor of PAC-MAN™ as a sequel to that series. Ms. PAC-MAN™ was then released on January 13, 1982 to critical acclaim. The game system is the same as PAC-MAN™, but comes with additional features, such as an alternating maze designs which includes two warp tunnels instead of one. The classic arcade game went on to sell 125,000 cabinets by 1988. It was also ported to several home video game consoles and won multiple awards.

The reverse of the coin features the inscriptions: “40 MS PAC-MAN” with the iconic image of Ms Pac-man laying inside the number “0” and “40TH ANNIVERSARY”. All around, an image of the pink labyrinth typical of this videogame. The obverse of the coin features a frame representing the characters of the videogame. At the center, the Coat of Arms of Niue and the inscriptions: “TWO DOLLARS” – the face value and “2021”, the year of issue.
