Germany 2020 5 euro Subpolar Zone G
This Germany coin is dedicated to Subpolar Zone. The obverse depicts a north deer which is one of the most famous
animals in the Subpolar Zone. Behind the north deer, the horizon of the
subpolar zone reflecting the infertility of the coastal tundra. The coin
also cleverly portrays the eroded mountain which is one of the mai
characteristic of this climate zone. Oil well tower carefully embedded
on the left side of the coin against the backdrop of the landscape
showing the human influence on this climate zone.
Reverse: The
reverse of the coin depicts the German coat of arms - the Eagle, below
of it, the year of mintage "2020". Above the eagle an exclusive mintmark
is engraved. Depending on the letter above, you can easily indentify
the mint in which the coin was minted "A" (Berlin), "D" (Munich), "F"
(Stuttgart), "G" (Karlsruhe) or "J" (Hamburg), then goes the polymeric
ring on the coin, which gives the coin a special look and protects it
