Germany 2025 35 Years of German Unity A D F G J

The obverse features the inscription “WIR SIND EIN VOLK”. This phrase means “We are one people”. It refers to the peaceful protests before the fall of the Wall. In addition, it reads “35 JAHRE DEUTSCHE EINHEIT”, which translates to “35 years of German unity”. This inscription marks the anniversary of the event. At the bottom, the year 2025 appears, accompanied by the letter D. This symbol designates the mint in Munich. Around the motif, twelve stars represent the European Union. In addition, the initials TS at the top identify the engraver. Finally, the letter A D F G J is repeated to refer to the mint.
